Please read carefully before using the panel
V3.2 — ACTIVEThese Terms govern your use of our SMM services, the API, your balance, and order processing. By using the panel, you accept everything in this document.
By accessing or using the panel, creating an account, adding funds, or placing any order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the service immediately.
You must be of legal age in your country. One account is allowed per person. Multiple accounts may be merged, limited, or suspended. You are responsible for all activity under your account, including orders placed through the API.

Services are provided through different sources and may vary in speed, quality, availability, and retention. Delivery times shown on the panel are estimates and may change because of platform updates, provider delays, or high demand.
To ensure orders are processed correctly, you must follow these rules before and during delivery. Violations may void the order and refund or refill eligibility.
- Profile must be public during the entire delivery
- Submit the correct link format for the chosen service
- Ensure the post or account exists and is reachable
- Wait for the order to complete before reordering on the same link
- Check the service description, maximum quantity, and requirements
- Changing the username or making the account private during delivery
- Deleting the post during delivery
- Placing multiple orders on the same link simultaneously
- Using illegal, restricted, hateful, adult, or copyrighted content
- Targeting accounts you do not own or have permission to use
- Prices may change at any time without prior notice.
- Adding funds does not guarantee that every service will remain available.
- Panel balance is used only inside the website and is not a bank account.
- Deposits are generally non-withdrawable unless approved by the administration.
Refunds and refills depend on the selected service. If an order fails or is canceled by the system, balance may be returned to the account when applicable. No refund is provided for wrong links, private accounts, deleted posts, changed usernames, or unavailable pages.
- Refill is available only when the service description includes refill support.
- Cancellation is possible only if the service supports it and the order has not started.
- Chargebacks or disputes without contacting support may lead to account suspension.
API access is provided for automation and integration. You are responsible for securing your API key and for all orders submitted through it. Abuse, excessive requests, or actions that harm the system may result in API restriction or account suspension.
- No fraud, impersonation, scams, or misleading activity.
- No abuse, harassment, or targeting people without permission.
- No illegal, restricted, hateful, adult, or copyrighted content.
- No attempts to exploit, overload, damage, or bypass the panel.
Services are provided as available. We are not responsible for direct or indirect losses, account restrictions, reduced engagement, deleted content, delivery delays, platform updates, or changes in third-party platform policies.
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service, modify services, change prices, or adjust conditions at any time. Continued use of the panel after changes means that you accept the updated terms.
